Cesar Llantén Pink Bourbon

Pink Bourbon is such a fun variety; it even has a hidden identity! It was “discovered” in all its pink glory on a farm in Colombia, and assumed to be a natural hybrid of Bourbon varieties. Very recently, genetic testing was done, which linked Pink Bourbon directly to Ethiopia. 

La Florida is a well recognized coffee farm with a second place in the highly competitive Cup of Excellence, Colombia.

This coffee is a quintessential pink bourbon, exhibiting the fruity, tea like, and tomato qualities common to many Ethiopian landraces.
