We move quickly to get fresh coffee into your hands. Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within a few business days.

Because we begin preparing orders right away, changes may be limited. If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible at support@lamppost.coffee, and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes—our subscription program ensures your favorite coffees arrive right when you need them, freshly roasted and ready to brew.

Every bag is marked with its roast date so you know exactly what you’re brewing. We roast in small batches to ensure peak freshness and flavor.

We nitro flush every bag to preserve peak freshness and flavor. Before sealing, oxygen is removed and replaced with nitrogen to help prevent oxidation and extend the life of the coffee. When sealed, our coffee stays fresh for up to six months. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 2–3 weeks for the best experience.

Our coffee is offered as whole bean to preserve quality. Grinding fresh, just before brewing, makes all the difference. However, we can offer it ground if that is your only option.

If you’re visiting one of locations, we’re always happy to grind your coffee to match your preferred brew method.

Gathering people and enhancing community plays a deep role, we host tastings, special events and classes designed to bring people together around coffee and build community.

We accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Because coffee is a fresh product, returns on roasted coffee are limited—but if there’s an issue, we want to hear about it. Please reach out to support@lamppost.coffee and we will see what we can offer.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are typically non-refundable.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date for bookings made 30 days or more in advance. For events booked less than 30 days before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

If an event is canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled date, Lamppost Coffee will retain only the 50% non-refundable deposit. If an event is canceled within 14 days of the event date, 100% of the payment will be retained, and any remaining balance due will still be required.

Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services require access to a dedicated 120v, 20-amp outlet, which is a standard wall outlet commonly found in homes, offices, and event venues.

Yes. Lamppost Coffee offers a variety of add-ons to help customize your experience, including custom branded carts, branded cups, drip coffee service, cookies, pastries, and breakfast tacos. If there’s something additional you’d like to include, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to explore ways to make your event extra special.

Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services can accommodate events of nearly any size. A single barista with one mobile cart setup can typically serve between 60–75 drinks per hour. For larger events, additional baristas and mobile carts can be added to ensure smooth, efficient service for your guests.

Yes. The coffee served through Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services comes from the same Lamppost Coffee roastery and is crafted with the same quality and attention to detail as the coffee served in its cafés. Every drink reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Most of the syrups used by Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services are handcrafted in-house, including the signature Lamba syrup, a guest favorite unique to Lamppost Coffee. The only exceptions are the mocha and sugar-free vanilla syrups.

Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services uses professional café-quality equipment, including espresso machines and grinders comparable to those used in Lamppost Coffee café locations. This ensures the same high-quality coffee experience, no matter where the event takes place.

Lamppost Coffee Mobile Coffee Services supports a wide range of events, including weddings, office gatherings, conferences, graduations, outdoor festivals, private parties, recurring workplace coffee service, and more. As long as there is access to a standard power outlet, Lamppost Coffee can bring the café experience directly to your event.
